What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Items marked as final sale or personalized items cannot be returned.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details. You can click the tracking link provided or visit our tracking page to follow your order’s journey.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, in most cases, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your order reaches you securely. If you are unavailable, the courier may contact you or attempt re-delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver islandwide within Sri Lanka. Stay tuned—international shipping is coming soon!
